Terms and conditions of use

4.6 Parcels are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your payment.  The standard method of shipping for France is Colissimo-Expert, on a signed-for basis. Orders below 30.-€ FOR EUROPE ONLY shall be sent by simple untracked post.

We will send you a link as soon as possible to enable you to track your parcel online and you can track it on www.colissimo.fr

4.7 The shipping costs include packaging, handling and postal charges. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part, depending on the price or the weight of your order. They are calculated at the time of ordering and will be displayed before payment. We recommend that you combine your purchases into a single order. If you have not done so, please inform us as quickly as possible so we can do this for you. Once your order has been processed we will no longer be able to combine two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.

4.8 Your parcel is insured by Colissimo.

4.9 You can leave us a message concerning the delivery of the parcel (e.g. if you want it to be left with the concierge, or other, if you are out). We will print this on the parcel.

Article 5: RETRACTATION - Satisfaction or refund - Withdrawal Form

5.1 Pursuant to article L121-16 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 30 (thirty) working days to return, at its own cost, any products that do not suit. This period starts on the day of delivery of the order to the consumer.  If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, it shall be extended to the next working day.

5.2 Products are to be returned complete and in their full original packaging.

In the absence of complaint within the said periods, the order shall be deemed compliant and accepted by the customer.
